Girls Under 11s - January Player of the Month
Darcey Robins
Only the two games played in January for the girls, but Darcey was a stand out in both. Always reliable wherever she plays on the pitch, but her bringing the ball out from defence and picking out a pass for a team mate is becoming a trademark of her game. Always listens well to feedback during games and at training and shows improvement every week, setting a great example to others in the team.
Well done Darcey, a deserved player of the month!

-Cole Lillington (no picture at parents request)
Cole has been an ever present in an unbeaten team in January, he defends his goal with aggression and his attacks forward with the ball have become a feature of our play. He was mom in our recent derby win v Burnham.
Tigers
Lucas Cole’s (pictured)
Lucas has been a monster this season, he’s at the centre of all the play in his team, his understanding of the game is improving and his determination to win stands out.
Berrow Villains u11s - Flynn Lemon
As with December this was difficult to pick with just the one game due to postponements, so I've picked Flynn for his performance and commitment throughout the season so far.
He's part of what's been a super solid defence this season and always has a great attitude towards training and on match days. Mr. consistent. He never has a bad game. Well done, Flynn.
Under 12 youth
This month Mya has shown us how much she has developed this season.
She is in her 1st year as a squad player but you would never know when you see her play.
She not only has a lot of pace but her confidence in the ball has improved dramatically.
Often when all looks lost she manages to recover & calmly get the team out of trouble.
Well done Mya.
U13s
This month’s player of the month has been awarded to Ebony.
She’s always at training giving 110%, never misses a game, and always gives us superb performances in defence.
Ebony will tackle anyone, isn’t afraid of lads twice her size, and has unbelievable composure on the ball.
She’s been with us since the first training session we ever had, and is an absolute pleasure to coach, and she will only get better and better.
Well done Ebony! ⚽️⚫️⚪️
The Under 14 Girls Player of the Month for January goes to the very deserving Lacey Heal. Returning to the team after breaking her fingers for a second time in 8 months was always going to be a worry. Not for Lacey, she has been as brave as ever and given the team a real boost being back between the posts. She has also been happy to help out by playing outfield when needed, making her integral to the girls' continued success.
